Ingredients:
– 1 lb of Brussels sprouts
– 3 tablespoons of grapeseed oil
– 1/2 teaspoon of salt
– 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
– 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
– 1/4 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Rinse the Brussels sprouts and trim the ends. Cut them in half and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the grapeseed oil, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the bowl with the Brussels sprouts. Toss everything together until the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated with the seasonings.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer.
- Roast the Brussels sprouts in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly browned. Make sure to stir the Brussels sprouts halfway through the cooking process to ensure even browning.
- Once the Brussels sprouts are done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle them with the freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
- Serve the roasted Brussels sprouts with Parmesan immediately as a delicious and healthy side dish.
